Semolina Pudding
From my mom, called “Grießbrei” in German. Best served with cinnamon and sugar, or fruit.
Yields: 4 servings
Ingredients
- 1l milk250g semolina50g sugara pinch of lemon zesta pinch of salt
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a pot. Place on the stove and bring to a boil under constant stirring.
